In Addition Click On the Link Above "Welcome Your Members" To learn how to make sure your New Members receive the welcomes they need and deserve We have broken the follow up letters into categories, You will find letters that are already set up for use with the World Cast Mailer This Mailer is Totally Free and you can download it from Our Advanced Training site Click on Group Mailers Be sure to personalize the letters to make them personal from you, Also be sure to follow the instructions to make sure that your member's firstname comes out on the letters where it should and their ID# and etc. No Matter which system you use It is a good idea to put yourself into the system first and send yourself a test letter to make SURE IT IS RIGHT!! There are over 200 Stores with over 70 International Stores, PLEASE CORRECT the letters Guys, Please make sure that all sites referring your members to benefits have this URL http://www.clubshop.com/vipconsumer2.html Also make sure that your Personal Website says http://www.clubshop.com/cgi/members/yourID NOT http://clubshop.com/cgi/members/yourID Simple things like this make all the difference. Wayne and I have made every effort to make sure all the URL's are correct, But you should still check them. Also!!!! Use the tag letters as testimonials, Start off with a note from you, Then, come in with the testimonial, And rewrite it to make it sound like they wrote it just for you to send to your members Also, You might want to use this site to add testimonials about the Super Shopper's program: Click here to get these testimonials Please Please be as personal as you can!! This is SOOOO important, If you want your members to upgrade, the time you take to make these letters personal is EVERYTHING> Also, End of the Month Letters, Send these 3-4 days before the end of the month. HOW DO I GET MY MEMBERS? To Obtain a List of Your members Or a List of your Downline's VIP members go here Click here to go to VIP resource center Then click on the top box at the left and Choose VIP Business Report. This takes you to your personal geneology page. Then click on Geneology Then click on Free members at the top of the page, You will get a list that you can copy and paste for use with either the World Cast or the iautorespond You can also get a list of all of your VIPs by doing the same thing, just click on VIPS I Would Not Worry about anyone who has asked you to remove them in the past if they are still on your DHSC member list, If they ask to be removed in the future, Write them as ask them to remove themselves from the club, by writing to remove-me@dhs-club.com and including their ID#'s Be sure to take out Members that are marked by DHSC as Bad Emails before putting them into your system. |
